We provide mobile app development services, including coding, publishing, and maintenance plans for Shopify store owners. Our services turn Shopify stores into native apps for Android and iOS platforms, making them available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
3. Payment
We offer various payment options to accommodate our clients. You may choose to pay in full upfront, pay over time with installments, or be invoiced for our services. Payment must be received in full before the app is published on the app stores.
4. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the source code and other materials developed during the provision of our services remain our property. However, you may request a full license to use the source code for a fee. Licensing terms and fees will be provided upon request.
5. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our service.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with these Terms or your use of our service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Carolina.
